Coaching Programme - Launceston Smashivate

East Cornwall CBN is launching a coaching programme in Launceston, start date is Saturday 9th November and will run for 6 weeks. The coaching will follow a set format of structured sessions which are all aimed at increasing your technical skills and knowledge of badminton.

The coaching will offer junior and adults the opportunity to learn new skills or rekindle that love for a great sport (badminton) over a 3 hour period. The sessions will be:

  1. First hour - Primary badminton 6 -- 11 yrs
  2. Second hour - Secondary badminton 11-16 yrs
  3. Third hour - Adult badminton 16+

Each sessions will include warm up activities, technique practice, movement and game play. And all sessions will be delviered by East Cornwall CBN Head Coach Patrick Lucas.
